DEP works with employers to target workers and consumers with disabilities, and to leverage the numerous economic advantages they represent. Focusing on value maximization, we help our vendor and employer clients reap the benefits of creating more opportunities for disabled participation in our economic system. We currently offer 4 plans:

 Recruitment Plan (188 hours):

The world is recognizing the value of disability talent, and that the disability community can provide a vital talent resource. Matching it with your ongoing talent needs requires a plan. DEP analyzes your recruitment needs and current methods to create a plan to meet those needs with disabled talent, optimizing your recruitment and onboarding, especially, but not limited to talent with disabilities.

Accommodation/Talent Maximization Plan (204 hours):

To realize the various different potential types value added to your company by disabled workers, from retention to profitability, you must first equip them to fully harness their talent  DEP’s employment plans transcend reasonable accommodation, designing organization wide employee talent maximization disabled or not.

 Model 7% Plan (340 hours):

 The United States Department of Labor requires Federal contractors to have a plan on file with the Office Of Federal Contract Compliance Programs targeted at designed to bring their workforce to 7% disabled workers. DEP combines our Recruitment and Talent Maximization plans to reach that goal and more, not only to meet regulatory requirements but to truly maximize value.

 Remediation Plan (Variable):

 The path to inclusion is ongoing, and sometimes mistakes, even among those with the best intentions, end up involving the legal system. Often, we learn of unmet needs during a regulatory or legal process. Good business owners want to grasp the opportunity of those identified needs, building value while solving the problem. DEP can help evolve a verdict, finding or complaint into an opportunity to improve your business while better serving people with disabilities.
